Is the cellanoid popping when you push the button?....
If so, then there may be a latch inside the door which is sticking. Peel off the plastic on the inside of the door and you should be able to access the lock fairly easily. (I think it comes out with two screws)
If not, then you probably have a blown fuse. Check the fuse box under the hood and there should be a fuse for your power mirrors that is also tied into your rear glass.

We had a rash of this exact problem before... Let me see if I can find the post that best describes how to fix it...
