I was getting 15mpg so i bought a tune up kit for my blazer. Did everything right even though spark plug #3 was tough but spark plug #3 is sparking on the outside of the plug.. Whats that mean? I havent tried much but if i can get some ideas that would be great!!

 

I think you cracked the plug.
