So, it sems to me that, unlike the new one i bought that has a clear hole at the bottom, the factory piece just shows a "bump"(for lack of better terms) where the hole should be. This was my THIRD attempt at removing it, which still resulted in FAIL. Am i missing something here??

Youtube searches were of little help as well
