I have a 97 blazer, while driving i will sometimes get a noise from the front passenger side that sounds like a jet turbine ramping up to speed. The noise gets louder and quieter as the car speeds and slows. the kicker is when i put the truck in 4wd the noise completely disappears. i have had wheel bearings replaced and the noise still occurs. it is a random occurance but when it happens it wont stop until the truck is parked.. any help would be appreciated.. thanks...
