Hey guys I purchased the upgraded spider assembly and installed it today. At some point when I took the plenum back off to fix a stripped out hole the entire piece that holds the smaller fuel line in the spider came out with the ring and all and all I found was the top black part. I took the yellow o ring and the silver washer out of the old spider hoping it would lock it down but it wont, I do still have the metal lock part that's held down by two nuts. I saw in another thread about the fuel injector o ring kit I'll attach the link at the bottom. Would this work to lock the line in place or am I just s.o.l. on this spider.

Any advise or anything would be greatly appreciated thank you

would highly recommend looking in all your intake runners and in general inside the intake and cylinders for that piece, chances are if the plenum was off or if it was flung in the right way its now sitting up against an intake valve somewhere.

 

Thanks for the reply. I had checked the ports when I was cleaning them out after I re tapped some a hole and saw nothing but since then already put it back together. Been running fine ever since except has thrown p0174 and p0171. Had both when I hit the gas hard to get through a yellow light. Usual driving no codes.
