vacumn lines

yes you can go through the top to get the vacume bottle out from the top, by removing the ABS MODUALE. BUT!!! you said your blazer is a 99 and i bet my bottom dollar the abs has never been removed? Just be carefull with the lines you really dont want to bend thoses because alot of brake fluid is pushed through those line! And will restrict the abs motor and burn it up, if i can remember and abs module is about 600 bucks. But hey the way i learned is by trial and error you learn the hard way. BUT, i would go by what all data told you to do its better you learn the right way before you take short cuts. Go through the top yes it will be hard, yes it will take some time, yes you WILL break something else, but it will be the right way, Just dont bend the brake lines to much hope all this helps man good luck

you did not brake off the nipple. It is located right under the mounting bracket, so it is hard to find, but it is there, I promise. You don't need to remove a thing.
