Help!! I have replaced the vacuum actuator on my 1995 chevy blazer 2 times now. The rubber is torn and filled with what looks like transmission fluid. After I replaced the first time the 4 wheel drive worked great. Then with in one week it is not working again, the rubber is torn and the actuator is filled with fluid. Any suggestions before I replace it again?
