Vacuum Check Valve Problem
If you haven't already, I would flush all of the vacuum lines out with a mild degreaser like Simple Green followed up with blowing them out with compressed air, rinse, & repeat as necessary until they are all clean. If you don't get the fluid out of there, you could trash the new actuators again.
I did clean the vac lines with alcohol and compressed air, I did it when I changed the actuators and again when I put the new vacuum switch in. I did the actuators on Tuesday and the vacuum switch last night.

I am going to cut open the vacuum switch. I am an engineer so I just have to do it.
I am also going to replace the vac switch on my 2003 ZR2 to be safe(it only has 4800 miles on it, I am sure its not bad, but cheap insurance) since it has the green mark on it and not the blue mark like the new vac switch.

Check out THIS THREAD for pictures of what the insides of the switch looks like. Pretty simple device. It takes a failure of 2 o-rings to allow fluid into the vac system when not in 4wd.
