Default vacuum leaks

95 blazer 4x4

Everything i touch on this blazer shows me new problems!!!!! I did the transfer case seal, Found that vacuum end of the switch on top of the transfer case would turn in the switch (figure this is a leak and probably confuses the system)

Heater blow air (But not much out of all positions) No matter what position the rotating switch is in.... It takes atleast 40 minutes for my blazer to get warm enough inside to be comfortable with heat on full blast... Temp gauge is at operating temp in about 15 minutes.. Fan soulds like it is really blowing from outside the rig just not much air movement inside... Is this common?

Could these be a big enough vacuum leak to cause a miss and the vehicle to only get 13mpg? was really hoping for 16mpg around town but haven't even come close to that...

Anyone have a part number and a vendor for the screened egr valve, and is there a specific manufacturer for the egr valve its self< Delphi AC> i haven't seen any of these on line and was wondering if some had a stronger pintle the one in my rig seems VERY weak and i could imagine a spec of dust sticking it open!!!!

Thx Terry

<Rant On> Everything I touch on this thing feel like building a ship in a bottle theres just no room to work on it!!!!!

installed fuel pump yesterday, filled it today and its leaking horribly lol.. Ive prolly replaced 50 fuel pumps and the one i replace for me i screw up lol
