Default Vehicle vibration

Replaced the transfer box on my 2000 RHD Chevy Blazer about 18 months ago with second hand box. For numerous reasons didn't use the vehicle for most of the following year. However did note vibration in the vehicle at 45mph and higher.
Have had the wheels balanced and checked prop shaft but still cannot locate source of the vibration
Any ideas??

Many thanks

No play from u joints on front or rear shaft? I would also check cv axles.. do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel more , or under the seat
