Default Heavy Vibration @ 45-55MPH

When driving between 45-55 mph, there is a heavy vibration that comes and goes. If you hold the pedal at a certain position and maintian the rpm, the vibration appears. However, it varys on both and is not at a certain rpm. I have had it in the shop three times for the same problem the first time they could not duplicate the problem, the second time they said the wheels were cupped (so I bought some new Bridgestone AT Revo), and now they say the wheels are out of balanced after I just got the wheels in the past couple months. I think these guys are full of crap. Does anyone have any ideas or heard of anything similar???

Default RE: Heavy Vibration @ 45-55MPH

you know im having the same problem too, the dealer replaced the rear u-joint but not the front one. should i have that one done too or would that one not cause vibration? should i be able to feel it a little bit in the steering wheel? i thought it was a front wheel bearing but theres no humming or anything, just a vibration above 40mph. any help for us would be much appreciated.
