Default Weird situation

Wife came home from work and parked the blazer, no problems other then the normal transmission whine. She went to start it this morning and nothing like the battery was dead. I basically said dumbass you left a light on, when i came home she showed me and nothing. It wouldnt turn over or anything.

So i grabbed the battery charger and thought hey ill give it a shot my self, as soon as I opened the door the lights came on, and went to turn it over and nothing. Turned it off and back on. Nothing. Did it again and was a rough start but turned over.

Thought it might be the battery and cables as i had replaced the plugs and radiator so dusconnected it but the bbattery was fine. Thought it might be alternator but nothing. I turned it off, opened the door and no itnerior lights
So tried to turn it over and nothing dead truck. Shut door waited a few minutes turned it over. No problem.

Aside being possessed options?

Check your battery connections. Blazers are kind of pickly when it comes to them. Once I kept stalling while driving down 1-10 (Major freeway in AZ) Motor would die at 80-85 mph, pull off the side of the road, got click-click and said "Thats nice" and cuss under breathe. Let sit for a minute of two and it would fire back, go another 5 miles or so and it would happen again. Finally got it home, lifted the hood and stare at for awhile and still cussing at it. Got some tools out and went through everything to make sure they were nice and tight. Last stop was the battery retighten the bolts on the neg and pos and try it and it started right up, never had the problem again until I had to change batterys...doe-doe me did it again! But, this time I look at the voltage gage on the dash and was bounching all over the place, took the alt back to Autozone (Life time warrantly) they tested it and said it was fine BUT, since it had a life time warrantly I could exchange it, I did. Remounted it and the same problem...So then the light bulb went off in my head, hey dummy, make sure the battery bolts are nice and tight. Did that problem went away once again. So my 1st option would be to retighten the battery bolts and see what happens. After that have the battery and Alt check out if it still is doing it, it thats checks out, check the ign system. Happy hunting.
