This happened to me on the way to work this morning. I'm 100% lost.

First off if your check engine blinks that means its something serious and you need to pull over. As for the other lights, could be something loose. Check all grounds and also check to see what codes you are getting as well.

Everything I've read said the SES light blinking is a misfire. I know I have an EVAP code, and I'm assuming a misfire. I'll check when I get home.

Ummm the lights are flashing to your music, I would say you have a bad ground somewhere...

Check your battery too....

Friend of mine said his car does that when the battery's dead

Check your grounds, my dads fiancé has a 2001 blazer with the same problem (pretty weird watching that happen while you are on the highway lol). When we got home, my dad checked the grounds and seen a couple that needed to be cleaned and tightened. Problem went away after that.

Does it happen when your stero / amp is off?
if you were able to take a video of the i/p cluster it must happenn all the time?
