Default brake pads

I bought NAPA UP-7593-SD pads $65 which claimed to be super duty for towing. They burned up in 6 months and I dont tow a thing. Limited lifetime waranty does not mean when they wear out. Wear is not covered. Those pads are junk. Wanted to try EBC or Hawk but needed them right away and those brands arent stocked in CT. Besides there best are $103. Dealers best are same price AC Delco 18029863 or 171-596. You can get them online for about $65. These pads are the origonal pad the truck comes with. They do sell lower grades so check those part numbers. This was a 99 Blazer S10 4WD.

Good tip. I ended up ordering the Raybestos I mentioned earlier but it
turned out my current ones still have a lot of life, so am just gonna save
them for when I need them.
