Default What does this hose go to?

So I've had this Blazer project for about a month. I'm almost finished with it so that I can sell it and make some money. I've just spent a few hours a day for the past couple of days replacing the heater core. The hardest part is over, but when I went to put the inner fender well back in, I noticed that there was a hose connected to the top of the coolant reservoir (near the cap) that was not connected to anything at the other end. I'm not sure where it's supposed to go; it must have come disconnected when the reservoir was getting knocked around. I also found this little rubber thing that's threaded on one end. It was just laying on the floor near the front of the car. I'm not sure if it's related to the dangling hose or not.

Help me out!

Hose:

Rubber thing:

Oh yeah, I suppose I should mention that it's a 2000 S10 Blazer LS 4WD.

So it's supposed to just kind of dangle loosely?

A valve stem like for a tire? I wonder how that got up inside there lol.

Ugh. I've got another thing that I don't know what it is or where it goes. It was laying in the floor under the glove box. I don't remember taking it off of wherever it came from; I took some pretty detailed pictures while disassembling the dash so I could remember where everything went, but it doesn't seem to be in any of my pics. It has a wire attached to it that goes into a hole behind that wiring harness with the screw in the middle of it.

What is it and where does it go?

The part that is in your hand is the blend door actuator and it is fastened to the top of the HVAC housing near the airbag on the passenger side.

Thanks for all the help so far, guys. Hopefully this will be my last question. There was one stray plug hanging from inside where the glovebox goes back in. I remember labeling it, but my label fell off and got lost; now I don't know where it plugs in. Stupid me. The first pic is from the front, showing it hanging down from behind the glovebox. The second pic is from below, looking up with the main wiring harness on the left and the heater box on the right.

Again, I really appreciate all the help. I owe you all cookies when I'm finished with this thing.
