Default What else could be worn or almost worn in front suspension, if I have worn ball joint

I have a 2003 Chevy Blazer with 105600 miles (used almost always on pavement)on it and was told I have a worn right side lower ball joint and idler arm that is worn when getting new tires this week. While I am replacing the lower ball joints, shall I replace the upper one too? Someone mentioned tie rod ends too. So far this has been done. Around 60,000 miles replaced right side inner tie rod end due to steering slipper age. At 78900 miles, replaced left side upper and lower ball joints. Any other part that should be considered? I don't want to just throw parts at this, but I also want to take care of what may wear out in the next 20000 to 30000 miles.

Best to have it checked out at a shop that specializes in front end work, (not a general service shop). Most shops will check it out at no charge, or a nominal fee.

Would that be any shop that has a wheel alignment machine. We have plenty of garages in our area, but I don't know of any that advertising specializing in front end work.

Just because they have an alignment rack, doesn't necessarily mean they know how to use it You need to find a shop that has a good front end/suspension tech, ASE certification is a must.
