This morning i got up and decided to change my tranny fluid and while waiting for it to warm up after i was done i noticed that my distributor was making a funny noise like a nnnnnnnnnn sound and i have been having problems like after i hit the gas a moment later it feels like the trucks catching up. And i also hear the noise while driving now any ideas is the distributor bad. When i said i hear it it is not constant just at the end of a gear right before it changes

 

The noise is most likely if it is coming from the distributor is the rotor hitting the cap. Pull the cap & see if you can move the rotor. Common problem with these.
