Wheel cylender
Remove the brake shoes and if they're contaminated with brake fluid relace them at the same time. Loosen the brake line and then remove the 2 bolts that hold the wheel cylinder on.
Clean up the backing plate with some brake cleaner and install the cylinder and the brake line.
Install the shoes and the drum. Fill the master cylinder with brake fluid and open the bleeder screw on the wheel cylinder. After a couple of minutes you should have some fluid running (or dripping) through.
Tighten the bleeder screw and have someone pump the brake pedal and then hold pressure on the pedal. While they have pressure on the pedal, open the bleeder and let a small amount of fluid out and then close the bleeder screw. Repeat this several times to get all the air out. Check the fluid in the master cylinder, clean up your mess and you're done.
