Default Where can I find discontinued / NOS Blazer parts?

I am in need of suggestions or links to find NOS Blazer parts for the following for my 98 2dr 4x4

Original owner, 123K miles and from 30K on have had to deal with carbon. Seafoam seems to work better the Techron now.

Used inexpensive used 25147235 Adapter 1996-05 which is the plastic cover that connects to the throttle body, I need one to drill a small hole so I can Seafoam easier.

The lower fuel filler hose part # 15705573 Lower Hose

Part #15734230 Vapor Canister Bracket 2dr, prefer NOS but a rust free used bracket would do the trick.

Up here in NH everything is rusted. the bigger salvage parts companies tell me they only sell the canisters not the brackets

Thanks in advance

It is throughout the whole system. I have replaced everything once , a lot of the things twice even a GM mother at 69K. Original spun a bearing. It has not run right since 30K miles.

Coincidently I trough a 440 code at that time and my gas cap was loose. But these CA emissions sold as North east emissions had these issues. Poppets were replaced also.

Different GM dealers have had it for extended amounts of time. The last word is that GM does not have the equipment for this year to dig deep enough.

I figure some day the part or issue will fail and then it will be corrected.

Edits added; The drivability issues is has had are more prominent in hot humid weather. In the winter it runs great. But there is still carbon inside the exhaust tip. when whole exhaust system was replaced, upgrade and muffler, cat sensors etc have replace again.
