Default Where to find a TCCM

I am currently getting my 1998 LS 4X4 4.3 ready to turn over to my son. The vehicle had sat undriven for nearly 2 years while I was deployed. The vehicle was started and allowed to run 30 minutes each week.

After reading most of the threads re: 3 button electronic 4X4 with 2HI and 4LOW working.

I have replaced the vacuum actuator pump below the battery shelf and can clearly hear the encoder motor when I push the dash button. My question to you all is this a more common problem than what I read hear and if so is this TCCM a dealer exclusive part.

Any help in finding an after market whould be great.

TY,

Woody
