Since you didn't say whether you have a 4cyl or a 6cyl, I have to guess, but here is the one for the 6cyl engine:

Don't think they ever put 4cyl gas engines in any blazers...
And no, all the areas to check for evap leaks are not in the same spot. The EVAP lines run from the intake to the tank, to the charcoal canister and to the vent solenoid above the rear axle.

1995-1999 there was a 2.2L I4 available. In earlier models there was a 1.9L, 2.0L, 2.2L diesel, and a 2.5L.

Never in a Blazer, only in the pickups (speaking of blazers sold in US & Canada)... The diesels were never sold in the US or Canada, export only.

I certainly can't say for sure one way or the other. I got the information from the GM official repair manual CD and from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_S-10_Blazer
I'm always open to more info.

I was speaking more of the 2nd gens in my posts above considering that is what we are discussing. I have never seen a 4cyl Blazer, nor have I read any US literature for many years that has made reference to anything but the 4.3L.
But I digress, it doesn't mean anything in this thread.

I would like to start by asking, "is your CEL on?", Have you checked for codes?
There are 2 EVAP solenoids, one as illustrated above mounted to the intake and he other (as Kyle pointed out) is above the frame rail in the rear. You'll need to drop the spare tire and you'll find the solenoid by tracing the vacuum line to it from the charcoal filter box. This solenoid beather can get plugged with mud/debris. The solenoid let's in fresh air (computer controlled, of course) into the fuel system so any vapors can be sucked into the intake for combustion. The sensors are relatively cheap. I think I was getting a P0446 code (or something close to that) when I replaced the solenoid above the frame rail and the code went away.
