Where is the parking brake wire?

Where is the parking brake wire?
I hooked up an in dash dvd player, but in order for me to watch dvd's, I need to hook up the parking cable, to the parking brake wire on the Blazer.
But I'm not sure where the parking brake wire is on the Blazer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Oh you need the sensor for the parking brakes then not the cable. There should be a sensor right on the parking brake pedal. You cant just jump the two terminals or something to make it work.

Most of them you can just ground the parking brake wire to any common ground with a switch. But if you have a Jensen or a Phase linear, they operate with a ground pulse. So you have to sit there flicking a switch to get the proper pulse. Alot of times they wont even work bypassed..

Yep. You have to have the parking brake applied, which grounds the parking brake wire. And on most players, that grounds the parking brake sensor wire.
At least..I think thats how it goes...but im not installer, I just sell em
And they are a safety device. I cant really see a reason you would want a DVD playing while youre driving. You should be watching the road...
