wipers stopped working 1997

Bump

Where is that "wiper module" located?what are those 3 black relay looking fuses are that are at the back of the engine compartments firewall??(not glove box relays)

On the firewall, right in front of the steering wheel.

Ok never mind those relay questions,they have nothing to do with wiper functions..what a issue i am having trying to find the culprit short.I do know that this far it is a
positive(+) wire/contact/short,as when i put the tester to the batt directly from the wiper clip connector the neg is 12v,but positive is 4volt..is there another fuse block under hood somewhere??

There is only wires and connectors,perhaps 1995 blazers are different?

I am only bumping so frequently because i have to put everything back together,only to tear it all apart again next weekend.

Hey, thought this would be the right place to post.. I had issues with my windshield wipers, they would sometimes work and then sometimes not.. So I took out the wiper module, the green PCB board, and there was a burnt out connection from the relay switch to the wipers.. soldered over the bad connection with a wire and bam, things are working fine.. inspect the PCB board over very closely, make sure all soldering connections are working fine.. the reasoning for my bad connection was likely that the wipers were working too hard and the small trace couldn't handle that power.. easy fix, just make sure to look over the board really well..
