i have a 1997 jimmy sls
the front wipers wont park all the way down.. they work great, just an annoyance
when i run the wipers the go up to the top and down to the bottom but when i shut them off they sit 2-3" higher then the lowest spot on thier cycle..
this normal?

Mine do this on occation. What I find works is holding the mist function down for a few extra seconds after shutting them off, and letting that cycle about 4-5 times. They usually seat after that. IDK what it is though. I have wondered about that myself...maybe an issue at the motor?

sounds like u need a new pulse board on the motor, new at autoparts is like 25 bucks. its either the board or the contactors on the cam in the motor are sticky with old dry grease, if u change the board ull see what i mean. its easy to do right in the truck its not the switch its def in the contacts, pulse board really common on these. and that price is for a new board dont bother paying more for a reman, the new a1 cardones are great and lifetime warranty
