When you bolt on the transfer case, and new gasket for it, make sure its good and tight. Mine leaked a bit and it was a bitch getting a wrench in there to tighten it up once everything else was in

Well today after taking a couple of days off from working on installing my trans I went back at it.Beating my head gainst the wall, wheels spinning getting nowhere finaly got the trans on tonight.I had left off the other day with bottom part of the trans with 3 bolts started but couldnt get the top end and dowl pins to come together and finish mating together.Long story short after a long day and part of the night finaly things went together like they should.Tomorrow I have to bolt the flywheel to the torque converter then on to the next phaze.Installing the transfer case and cross member.Needless to say Im quite elated that the trans problem has been solved aster several months.

the 2 access holes on the bell housing are your friends. I used the little one and a screwdriver to push the torgue converter to the flywheel, then used the big one to line up bolt holes. take your time, fun stuff is a coming
