i have a 99 blazer 4.3l i push the button to go in 4x4 and it just blinks the goes back to 2 hi? whats wrong?

 

actuater valve on top of the transfer case... 49.99 @ autozone ***DISCLAIMER*** WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T FORCE IT INTO 4 HIGH OR 4 LOW. THERE IS A WAY TO DO IT BUT I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU OR YOU WILL HAVE A MESSED UP TRANSMISSION LIKE ME.

I have the same issue on a 2001, blinks when trying 4HI or Auto 4WD
