The ignition switch is a good possibility, but lets start with the basics.
When you say it doesn't start, does it still turn over? Does it even attempt to fire?
If it turns over fine, but will not fire, I would start off by checking the fuel pressure. Fuel pumps are a known weak point in these trucks.

Naw it wont attempt to fire, when I turn the key forward i get nothing; I have a 99 blazer wit 100k and i put a starter from a 03 blazer wit 21k on it , do you think that could of had something to do with it and maybe the starter just went out?
So it does not turn over (starter motor spinning the motor). Ok, then I would be checking to make sure that you are getting power to the starter when you cycle the key.
Did you bench test the starter that you installed?

What do you mean by bench test ? All i know is i bought it and worked good for about 2 weeks and then one mourning went to leave and bam got nothing lol, is there away to test if its a bad starter or if its something be4 the starter in the ignition?

So it worked for a bit... By bench test, I mean to actually apply voltage to the starter to energize it before installation. Since it worked for a bit, then gave up, I might be inclined to say that you need to check over all of your work. Maybe you didn't get a wire as tight as necessary and it has worked loose. If you are good at removing the starter, then you could remove it again and bench test it to determine if it is the starter or something further up the power chain.
Alright, Ill have to do that but also i remember hearing somewhat of grinding noise when I would start it but it didnt seem to get worse or make it more difficult to start, worked perfect night before, you think the grindin noise could have played a part?
