replaced the fuel filter my 95 4.3 vortec only ran once now it wont start. also replaced the fpr spider harnest....im lost any words of wisdom

I used to own a '95 s10 brazer. I bought it new and had a lot of issues with the entire fuel system. Since you already replaced the fpr and harness have you tried checking your fuel pressure. It might be your fuel pump failing. I had to spray fuel starter down its snorkel to get it to start. The pump would keep the engine running but as soon as I parked it, I would have to spray it again in order for it to start.What happens is that you injectors are poppet type injectors and they need between 50-60 psi. So if your pump is weak it will not have enough pressure to start.
