Now I'm completely lost. I replaced the fuel pump today. I tried the passlock bypass last week and put the wiring back to the original layout. No luck with starting. I'm not even getting fuel. I had to keep jumper cables on while attempting.

Check power to pump
check pump to chassis and body ground

Fuel pump is definitely not getting power. I cannot hear it kick on and I'm not getting any fuel up front.

Re: you have put power in at the FP prime hole at the fuse block:
the relay is good;
there is no power at the FP gray wire at the tank.
If all are correct than your lifting has severed the big gray fuel pump wire!

The relay is functioning. I Will pill the tubing from the wiring and follow the gray wire. This is killing me.

She lives! Probably replaced the fuel pump for no reason. It could've been as simple as low voltage from the battery. I didn't think it would've been the issue if if it was turning over the motor. I also cut the grounds from the fuel pump harness, soldered them to a 14awg wire and grounded it directly to the frame. She fired right up!
