got a 96 with a 4.3 when it rains or i go through a big puddle it will not start put in new plugs, cap,and wires, unplugged all the wiring plugs on the top of the engine and the crank trigger and made sure they were dry put greese around the seals. when i try to start it it wants to start but wont. its been raining and humid as hell here in MN for the last week so ive been without wheels HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

do she start up on a sunny day? it could be moister in the wires or cap unless you put aftermarket parts .
