Default Xtreme bumper separation

Due to an unfortunate miscalculation the lower valence needs to be pushed up back into place. Can this be done without removing the regular bumper, which has has a similar issue in the past.

Hmmm I'm having troubles seeing your pics this morning... but I believe, but I'm not positive, that the xtreme lip is just a molding clipped on to the original bumper?

Yup I can see it now... it looks like just a different style of the plastic moldings on stock blazers, they clip on with some push in clips and a couple of pieces of plastic are used as guides onto the steel bumper piece, if that makes sense lol.

You were right. I pushed the rubber into the slots and replaced four of the six clips with zip ties. But there was still too big of a gap between the valence and the bumper, I got the old drill out and was able to tighten the gap with some nuts and bolts. A quick coat of paimnt and it's 60% as good as new.

I'll try to be more careful next time but probably that's not going to happen.

I swear I thought those were bolted on with like some short 10mm bolts?

I dunno maybe not... I ripped mine off and put something else in it's place anyhow lol

I dont think that one specifically will fit, but one for the 95-97 should as they go into the fram rails rather then under. I got a pic of it on my build thread.

but then again I had to make my own brackets for that one, so might not be the same lol...
