@ Surrey Brad,

Just found this thread looking for a highrider replacement decal. I had the exact rig you have, sold it last year to my 16yo nephew: a 2005 Jimmy ZR2. It has the ZR2 HIGHRIDER decals on each rear quarter (my nephew was looking for replacements for after some upcoming body work). It also had the GFx package showing the same badging on the headrests and rebel decals on the doors. The PO removed the step bars but the evidence left behind and the POs comments support the picture shown that it was tubular. It's black, centre console shift, no sunroof, auto-trac tcase. I never found a lot of information on these but I understood the GFx/rebel package was just a styling thing to help sell the last model year. Mine came with a class 2 trailer hitch receiver but I do not know if that was factory (I changed to a class 3 and sold it). I bought it from the second owner, a young nurse on the east side of Toronto in 2011 with 72k km on it. I'm from SW Ontario. Hope that helps. Good luck with your search for info, but I can attest - not a unicorn.

Cheers.

Thank you for the information. Although after my discovery of a 2004 jimmy ZR2 Highrider with all the FX edition stuff I can say it wasn't just 2005. Kinda cool though having found 2 of them and your information showing they were out east and here in the west.

No prob. I missed that you found an '04, cool to know. From what I recall, GM would have killed the platform in 2004 but had a lot of left over parts so carried it through '05, I think just in 2 door versions, but not certain on that. It would make sense that packages in '04 carried forward then.

If you have any leads on the highrider decal for the quarters, please share.

Why can't the decal be photographed, scaled and then made by a sign shop? They can usually make decals or it can be made online.

In fact i notice some parts distributors don't even list 2005 ZR2s. They end at 2004.
None of the online offer more than ZR2 decals. I inquired at one of the local decal makers because my 2004 has a piece missing on the tip and they can re-create anything you design. Some have issues with copyright laws but each has their own rules. If you have the right printer you can create your own as well.
