Steering pump replacement/Pressure hose removal
Step 1: Remove your serpentine belt.
Step 2: Remove your alternator that's held on by 2 bolts one on the front left and one on the back right side and then your two wires that are bolted on that back.
Step 3: Remove your top fan shroud, And remove the four nuts that hold on your fan and also your water pump pulley.
Step 3: Then disconnect your tranny lines on the left side of your radiator and you oil cooler lines on the right side "depending if you have them" then remove your radiator in and out hose's, then remove your bottom fan shroud.
Step 4: Now with the power steering pulley puller from your parts store place it on the pulley and then remove it "It will come with directions on how to use the puller".
Step 5: Now remove the 3 bolts that hold the power steering pump to the bracket and then one more bolt on the right side that holds the power steering pump on with a little bracket with one bolt then you will have to maneuver the pump to the right side to reach the bolt behind it that holds on the bracket to the engine block.
Step 6: Now there are two more bolts that hold the bracket to the engine block one on the top left and one on the bottom left then remove the bracket straight up and out.
Step 7: now you have access to the power steering pump the none pressure hose is held on by a screw clamp and the pressure hose is held on with a bolt that's on top of your steering box.
Well that's it, it ll goes back the same way except you will need a power steering pump installer tool as well.
