Has anybody else found a carrier that doesn't bolt up to this body perfectly? Mine has a bit of a gap when I hold it up so I've been afraid to mount it

Does it matter what year it's off of I got mine from a 99 and my blazer is an 03

As long as its off a second gen blazer then your fine. I think they all have a little gap. I used black silicon to seal mine up.

There is no guarantee on anything, but it SHOULD still work, the rear wiper that is. It will come within a quarter or half an inch of a piece of the tire carrier, but mine still functions the same.

Same here. The two-door I got mine off of had the rear wiper, and when I put it on my Blazer, it cleared just fine.

Although with the tire back there, the wiper is pretty useless. It covers most of the area wiped by the wiper, anyway.

My wiper clears fine, but I haven't the wiper since the only area it wipes is where the tire is... I get a clear view of the tire though!
