I'm such a slacker when it comes to finishing everything on this darn truck. i need a week long break from everything in order to finish what i want. aka trim panel completion. tweeter mounting, crossover mounting, painting truck parts.............. god does life suck haha.
i took a video of my system with the amp rack carpeted and completed but i can't upload it for some reason. Crackberry doesn't like me to much i guess
Scratch that..... the video.. i'm putting 700 watts(ish) into the sub now, radio set at 40(out of 62) when i tune to 45, and i have the sub setting on my radio at -4db. i get a little in depth btw.

in the video, you can't see it because crackberry cameras suck but, my exterior panels flex a little and my side mirrors do shake a good amount. i was in my old high schools parking lot which is why i was able to get a little loud haha

try now Josh... i feel better knowing i have that little bit done. IDK how i feel about the ported box though. i'm a firm believer in sealed for the quick response it has so.... i might build a sealed before sinter and audition both ya know?

I agree... Sealed!!!!! Plus I have only had sealed box, so I dont have the opinion you might (and yes, sealed box, as in only one)

so, to bring back to life my old old thread.... i've been working 2 jobs for the last month so i can afford a new system. i now work at a battery place and as a babysitter. i get paid good money for it all..
new equipment is as follows
"Juice Box" sealed dual post battery
220 amp alternator does 110 at idle
Big 3 done
SSA 15" Xcon ported to 33hz
new simple amp rack
speakers mounted and screaming
have the battery, alternator comes in on wednesday, ordering sub soon and box build next week
