battery terminal power wire?

i have a 2002 blazer and i have everything connected up but becasue of the rubber around the battery terminal i cant connect my power wire. what kind of termianlextender should i buy that will fit the terminal.its a side post terminal and i cant afford to buy a yellow top battery.

I had the same problem,You can go to your local radio shack or auto part store,They have the part you need to hook up your power wire..Nothin to it:-)

yea just ask for a GM sidepost extender, they are still a pain in the *** to fit through the rubber boot, i would recommend buying a battery with top and side posts. run the truck off the sideposts like it is factory and use the top terminals for stereo, accessories, etc... the battery number is group 34/78 btw
