pos alt to pos battery, neg to chassis, batt neg to chassis. looks like pic 3 and 4 on this site. http://www.s10forum.com/forum/f202/b...0/#post4906773and i did the continuity test (spelling). anyone else care to give there insight on this problem?

you're still getting voltage drop because your stock alt can't handle the current draw from your vehicle...time for a new alt...
