Alright well I'm about to order an Orion 2500D [sm=loveeyes.gif] Has anyone here had any experience with it. I mean everyone says thats the greatest amp on the market but yea i dont know. Any personal experience on here? Or something similiar tot hat amp?

on my last forum there was a guy that was sponsored by them. he pushed the subs to much though. let me see if i can locate his email for ya and he could tell ya. from what i heard the amps are great but the subs arent impressive for spl.

THey are pretty damn good. i've never had any complaints about orion amps. if you don't mind me asking, how much ya paying for it??? I'm still looking around for an amp for ya homey. I found an old soundstream van gogh but a couple of the fets are torched, and an autotek 4000, but its seen better days. I know that I have a few US Amps layin somewhere.

ive never had any experience with the 2500D, but ive owned other orions... hcca's, xtr's, cobalts and i KNOW that orion makes high quality underrated amps. and ive read so much about that amp, i am willing to bet money that youll love it. its rock solid. i heart orion

ok i was lookin around last night and somone burped this ampp at .17 ohms and it was fine!

a few people actually ran it daily at .25 ohms which is like WHOA lol

Or an Orion HCAA 5000D for 450 shipped

I have 1 but haven't used it yet. Paid $250 shipped for it and then spent $40 for new parts, as the amp was blown. Plan on putting it in my blazer when it's ready and running it at about 2000 watts @ 1 ohm. They are power hungry so make sure you have a good electrical system. I'm gonna use 2 red/yellow tops with runs of 1/0 and reducers to the amp.

the amps rated 2500@1 ohm.....

Also I plan on upgrading the Big 3 and Hopefully my 1 yellowtop can handle it :X
