Default CB Radio and Antenna

I have plans to go into effect within a month or so to drop in a Uniden CB and a Wilson Antenna. I need ideas for mount locations for the antenna. I'm going to drop the CB in the little space underneath the dash. I have a 94 Blazer Tahoe LT 2WD. Lot of space inside and out. Thought about getting a floating ground kit and mounting it to the bottom bumper on the passenger side for a 6 foot whip. Also might do a roof mount Wilson Little Wil. What do you guys think?

I went with a magnetic mount and just stuck it on the roof in back.

Not sure on the length or brand. From the magnet mount it only sticks up like 3 feet. I bought itfrom radio shack for about $30.

my dad has a cb he doesnt use and i was thinkin of installing it. i have a 94 also and what i was thinkin is for the cb part i was gunna mount it under the radio on that lil shelf thing if it fits and if it doesnt then i'll mount it to the bottom of that shelf. and for the antena i was thinkin of puttin it on the rear bumber in a corner. i've seen guys put their antenas on the roof, the side mirrors, and the bumper.

You want the CB antenna as far away from the FM atenna up front. So the logical spot would be the rear of the roof, or the rear bumper if you have a long enough antenna. Get a little L bracket mounting clip and put it out the back by the tailgate. The mounting hole will be inside the gap between the tailgate and the body. That's where I plan on doing mine anyway, keeps it out of the way nicely I think
