Is it a replacement Factory CD player? or is it an aftermarket? And the CD you put in was it a Burned CD-R or was it a CD purchased?

It is the factory cd player but it is a cd-r do you think that the cd-r could be the problem

The type of media (pressed or cd-r) shouldn't have anything to do with the players reluctance to part with the disc...

Default RE: cd player

If it's not ejecting, it's a problem with the deck... Might be some dirt/dust in the tracks, or just might be time to replace it...
