this is an easy one how do i get the small plastic covers off of the grab handles so i can get to the screws. i tried today by hand and couldnt get them off
mine i just kinda wiggled around with my hand and they came off. try gently prying them with a screwdriver.

whats the name of the bit you need to take the seatbelt bolt off?

good luck getting the bottom bolt out, its soldered in. i broke 2 bits on it, then asked the dealership to get it off and they said they cant.

you mean the one attached to the floor?

becouse all i need to take off is the shoulder one i guess ill call it =P so i can get to them 6x9's

yeah...you can can get to the speakers without removing it, but its a pain in the *** cause you cant get the panel outta your way. stupid GM.

if only they made the speaker grill screw on and off like the 4x6's in the dash =/

ok i installed my h/u today and was wondering about the second harness that was used with the old cd player, since i didnt use ot for the new one whats it for?/do?
