s10warehouse on ebay usually has those bezels. That's where I got mine. I don't remember the exact price, but I know it was less than $100 shipped. More like $80 I think.

It looked to me like there was plenty of room in there for a double DIN unit. Might have to fabricate some kind of mounting, though. I just have a 7" touchscreen in mine, not a full HU, so I can't say for sure. But as I recall, there was plenty of room.
