Default Dash Recommendations

2000 Blazer 2 door if it matters.

Been going through my interior, and I noticed I've got no sound coming from my dash. Unhooked both and wired a speaker up just to test the connections, and they work, so it seems like my tweeters are fried.

What speakers are made in the 4x6" size that will fit? I'm looking for the least amount of modification/cutting possible. Prefer lower price since I just graduated college, but I'm willing to pay extra for the convenience of not having to cut anything.

Are there any speakers that will just drop right in? If it's easier, I'll get smaller speakers if they come with a plate that will drop in.

I'm a fan of the Kicker 4x6 (KS46).

With either of your suggestions, do you have to do any trimming of the cover piece? The thing with the holes that comes off to get to the speakers.
