Can I swap out the tweeters in the dash for set of three ways? I would like to just wire straight up to whats there.

Thanks for reply. You did remind me of important information I had not included like 2000 LT, 4.3lt 4x4 4dr factory everything.
I did a bit more reading other threads and it would seem the factory set up might not like it power wise. Also I would have to fabricate a new plate for the 3.5" speakers that were so-called "OEM replacement". After install of the new 6.5" in all four doors and testing with/with out the factory tweeters it was easy to decide to leave them in.
