These ones have manual windows, and I can't figure out how to get the bloody window crank off! lol. I know there's the one screw behind the door handle... But I can't get the window crank off, to take the panel off, so I'm still stuck with the factory speakers
Any and all help is welcome!

There is a horseshoe-shaped clip on the back of the crank. You can get it off with a poket screwdriver, but there is a specific tool that will pop it off in 1 second litterally. It's called a window crank clip tool...lol. Anyway, pull out slightly on the crank and bury your forehead in the door panel and you can see the clip and how to remove it.

Right, so use my noggin to push the door panel in... How hard is it to get that snap ring back in without the window crank tool?

not hard at all. put it on the window crank handle first, then just push back on.

Swanky, so I'll just get to have a fun time taking it off, lol.
Then run wires from there to my dash speakers...

not too hard to trun the wires, just get a coat hanger or if you know an electrician, get their steel fish tape. makes it a breeze.

Well, I'll either be using haywire, or the "come on you little piece of poop" method, lol
