Default Good Looking Tail Lights?

I've been browsing eBay and some aftermarket sites and I cant really find and "clean" looking aftermarket tail lights. I dont want cheap chrome/carbon fiber looking altezzas, imo they look like junk and most of them have a nasty clear trim. I want something that looks clean, preferably LED, and something that is of OEM quality. Is there anything out there like this or am i just dreamin??

Hmm..Those do look better than most of the ones ive seen on eBay or elsewhere. They still look a little aftermarket though. Maybe ill just shave em and drop in some LED's...
