well i ended up doing a 143.6 on the dash windows up engine off, on the termlab. i think it's the box design i got but oh well within the next couple months i got a new project
2 FI Q 15's in a wall, running off a crossfire vr2000d. getting a new alt and batteries. Hopin to break a 150...

haha thanks man! it was kind of funny there were like 5 people there running walmart subs. they were all buddys it was funny because before qualifying they were in the parking lot showing off there set up like it was something, i think the loudest one out of the bunch did a 130.2. after that they all were saying there equipment sucked lol

yea i agree wit jon...nice to have someone who knows about sound comps. and isnt coming in there with their walmart stuff. congrats on the 143 man...but like Jon said, 150 is hard. Good luck with everything thought dude...lets see some pics of ur setup

i went to a comp yesterday. very upsetting - i didnt compete yet but my dude did. hes running 2 15s in a wall in a 2 door civic. ported low and hit a 148.7 - not bad right? he was mad it wasnt higher and is getting a total of 4 15s in his wall.
ps- i resent the bashing on the walmart ppl. I never said it beats and real high numbers and it is a temp till i get the cash together. but im guessing since you said a 165 you meant that one dude that flipped out and left.

alright well i've decided to give these cvr's one more run befor tossin them out. I made a new box..this one is around 9cu. ft common chambered, subs up ports back with one 10x10 square port in the middle of the box. I wanna try and atleast hit a 144 with these subs...only need 4 tenths of a decibel lol....the next comp in my area is a week after finals..so i'll let ya know what happend
