Default Help with Ohms, voice coils and my system

I thinking about upgrading my system. My first question is what is the difference bettween 2ohms and 4 ohms (what should i look for)
Second, what is the difference between 1 and 2 voice coils besides the price. Im assuming 2 is better but why.
Third what would be a good amp sub combo
Im currently looking at these http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1170289780974 (sorry dont know how to shorten it). What amp would be good for powering two of these. I would prefer it to be from BB. Or is there another sub from BB that would be better. Im looking to spend under $800 for my system (2 subs and an amp). It doesnt have to be from BB i just prefer it because its local. so if there is something better somewere else let me know.
If anyone can answer any of my questions it would be apreciated.

ok....so basically here are your options with that sub.
1) If your getting two woofers, you can wire 2 DVC 4ohm woofers to have a 1 ohm final load that goes into the amp. So you want to look for an amp that has 1kw at 1ohm.

look around on this site: www.woofersetc.com

they have very good pricing and better equipment.

If you have any other questions let me know. I can go into the difference between SVC and DVC woofers if you want but I dont think its necessary

ok i looked at the site but it would take a long time to look through all their subs so could you or anyone else recommend a brand. So im at least headed in the right direction.
