Ground, Black usually goes to anything metal on your truck.
The Hot (Usually Red) goes to your battery and switch.
The Feed (Usually White) goes to your lights and switch.

Run it through and make sure its clear of obstructions, and then get the wires in the dash, where you can take it apart, mount a switch, wire them up.

i drew up a diagrm to wire it into stock fog light wiring all you should need is the switch for stock lights the wires already exist in my 2000 zr2 and should be in yours factories from what ive seen use the same wiring harness they just dont put in the switch or the lights making it really easy to tap into for us plus you will have the fog light indicator on the cluster work and you wont need to drill a hole for a toggle switch that doesnt match interior

i just cant figure out how to get the pic on here if you could tell me how to do that ill post it or if you have a chiltons or haynes i could explain it

somebody corroct me if im wrong which im sure would happen anyways this will only work if the factory did install the wiring for the lights they just left out the actual lights and switch like they did mine
i havent done 3 wire fog lights before only 2 so im not sure if the relay is in the light or not but if the relay is in the light itself you should be able to ground the black hopefully just wire it into where the stock plug is where the lights would be if it had them stock run the red or constant to a fuse to the battery then plug the white/remote to the purple /white wire and it should work as if it were stock
