Default malfunction power locks

I have power locks on my car but on the drivers door its messed up. It allows me to unlock the door by pressing the power locks button, but i cant lock it with that button. All the other doors work properly, is there an easy fix or what may be the problem?

pull off the switch panel and make sure that all wires have good contact and are fully connected.

Mine is doing the same thing and I cant figure out why. Getting annoying having to manually lock the drivers door when it has keyless entry...

This is pretty general since I have never had a problem with my locks, butif you have taken a test lamp and checked the harness wiring to the door lock switchand get a bad reading on the lock circuit, then there is a short in that wire, but I suspect that the switch has gone bad.
Or try Kyle's suggestion in this thread.

This all sounds like bad switches, but try swartlkk's thread first if you get a bad reading on the switch I would just replace it!!!
